Learn MoreWhat we tell Fullerton owners
Sunny Hills ranch houses have masonry that is decades old, while Amerige Heights, once Hughes Aircraft land, has factory or gas units. Near the universities, many rent. Your neighborhood sets the discussion, so we begin there. La Habra in 2014 broke water mains and damaged buildings here, and that is plenty of force for a brick stack. Long summers bake crowns until they crack, and a hard autumn wind might pull off a cap or spread embers.
What We Look at First
2014 cracks in Sunny Hills masonry, gas units in Amerige, then every cap.
What Cannot Wait
A 2014 crack through a stack, a Santa Ana stripped cap, a crown cracked by years of sun.
What Can Wait
Worn grout on a ranch hearth, a gas log set that looks dated, a chalky stucco chase.
Next Door
We also go to Placentia, La Mirada, Yorba Linda.
