Three lines you can send to a client
Send a client our way
Add the address, an access contact and who gets the report.
Why the chimney came up
A note from a home inspection is a pointer, not a diagnosis.
A Level 2 answers it. The camera runs the whole flue, and we look at the attic, crawlspace and roof wherever we can get in.
What your client gets
A report in everyday words, with a photo beside each point. Some items can wait, and the report says so. Others need repair before anyone lights a fire, and the report says that too.
It all arrives the day we inspect, addressed to whoever your client chooses: you, your client, the other side, or every one of them.
What to say about the cost
A cap, a leak repair, a cricket, a cricket with flashing and a gas insert have a posted price. Other fixes are priced after we have been out. That gives your client a clear line between what is known and what is not.
What we leave to you
The report is not a government test, and nobody gives it a stamp. It lists conditions that sit below NFPA 211 or the local building code. Whether your client asks for work, money off, or another visit is a conversation for the parties and agents. Contract advice stays with others, and we cannot say how a sale will turn out.
Prices to share
A Level 2 is $400 and a Level 1 is $56, so your client can see both.
- Level 2 chimney inspection
- $400
- Basic Level 1 visit
- $56
Repairs beyond the five posted ranges are priced after the visit.
Agent questions
How quick can you schedule?
We move fast on sale inspections. Give us the address and we will take it from there.
Can I get the photos too?
Yes. If you are on the list, photos and report both come to you.
What if my client is not sure which level to pick?
For a sale, choose the Level 2. It is the one that goes inside the flue.
Make the chimney note easy
Pass along the address and we will do the rest. Your client gets the findings and you get a copy.
